I DID IT...I made my goal...I can't believe it!!! I Lost 70 pounds! July 22, 2010
I'm setting a new goal to lose 40 more pounds...to get closer to an unknown final goal.

I did it!

I went to a movie without loading up on junk food!!  I took 1 cup of fresh cherries and 40 chocolate covered raisins and my water bottle full of fresh ice water.  I shared about 10 raisins and 7 cherries with my husband.  I did eat 8 malt balls that I didn't plan on, but that's ok!.  I was hungry when we got out of the movie though.  I have been hungry at night if I stay up late.  I have been eating less food, more times in the day to try to boost my metabolism. So now I've been getting hungry every couple of hours.  What to eat on those late night hungries????not sure ???  I did eat a  small piece of pizza and 1/4 cup ice cream with the kids when we got home at 11:00pm.   Not the best choices, I know , but right now I am focusing on the fact that I was content with the small portions and not having to have 1/4 of (the carton) of ice cream and a small (plate)of pizza. :) Trying to stay positive so I don't give up!  Have a great Day!
