I love coffee. Not just plain coffee though, I have to have all the add ins! It was the first thing I thought of this morning before I got out of bed. I am wiped out after yesterday. But I feel great about all the things I did yesterday. trying to go for that 10lbs. lost badge this week. I'm really close, weigh in is on thursday so if I am careful I may make it! But oooooh the coffee! so many calories. :)

Coffee.....

I am on & off with the coffee, sometimes I just crave it!! Good luck with that 10 pound badge, I'll be looking for it!!
There's no reason you can't have your coffee. Start small; use half sugar and half artificial sweetener, and all the cream. Then next time, use some cream and some milk... like that. Gradually wean yourself down from it.
It might take some doing, but eventually you'll have a perfectly good cup of coffee that doesn't set your day back by a huge chunk.
