
I'm not happy. :( I gained this week and then let it throw me off. I have not tracked any calories or tried to get in any extra exercise this week. What is wrong with me? Where did my motivation go? Why can't I finish what I started and get to a healthy weight? I let life get in the way and don't put myself first I guess.
Help!

Hey, everyone has ups and downs on the weight loss journey. Hopefully you (and I) do better next week.
It happens. I had a similar experience just recently. I don't think I did anything in particular to get through it, but it passed, thank goodness! Yours will pass too. Try and re-focus! You can (and will!) get through this!
